I’m the worst person to ask this. I’m not a fan of some of the stupid things bands do to get themselves noticed. What I will say is this: Work hard. Push yourself to be better. Love what you do (and realize that even still you will hate it on certain days). If you do these things well, the rest will follow. Those are the kind of artists that I tend to favor anyway. 

I just listen to records. I’m no marketing genius.
